Over the last six decades Alcar Uno specialised in primary pork cuts, customising them according to the market's demands. The production process is based on a flexible and reactive system, able to comply with charcuterie industries' expectations and demands.
Tradition enhanced by technology. We cure, debone and package prosciutto crudo (dry cured ham), prosciutto di Parma DPO, prosciutto di San Daniele DPO, culatta and "gran speck".
Private label DNA. Liability, high quality standards and innovative customization solutions are key when products are destined to wear our customers' brand.
A look to the future. With special attention to consumers' sensitivity, we developed our project Filiera Uno farms and curing plant our fresh meat range Light Domestic Pig and Wellbeing dry cured ham assortment.
