Gran Speck
Typical of northern Italian tradition, Gran Speck takes its name from the particular trimming. Deboned when fresh, trimmed and seasoned in net. Unique, spicy and slightly smoky taste.

Culatta
The finest and most tender part of the thigh, without “fiocco” and shank, cured in net, covered with a layer of grease in its lean part. Compact and mouth melting consistency, sweet and delicate taste.
